Get to Know Me
Helping You Move Forward

I am an experienced trainer and qualified life coach. I have a down to earth and honest approach backed with empathy and insight that helps draw out the best in those I work with.
As a coach I help people to become happier, more relaxed and confident in their decisions.

As a neurodivergent individual I am able to bring lived experience to my work. I take a neuro-affirming, strengths-based approach to my coaching and training.

I'm an expert in communication and interpersonal skills with a background training people who work in stressful and challenging roles. Helping people to build resilience, improve relationships and deal with conflict.

For the last 14 years I’ve helped my clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back. It has been amazing for me to see people grow and develop and I love being part of the work we do together.
Life's too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled. I am here to help my clients achieve a more positive outlook on life, and provide them with all the tools necessary to get them there. Let me help you learn and develop better ways to handle the issues that are standing in the way of your goals.
