I take a neuro-affirming, compassionate and collaborative approach to coaching. I aim to make sessions enjoyable and interactive. I am neurodivergent myself, with lived experience that informs my work.
 
We will work together to help you develop confidence in yourself and shape a life that works for you. We'll look to improve your confidence and self belief and help you understand your strengths. We'll explore the barriers that you face and how to ask for what you need in order to thrive. We'll focus on your maintaining your wellbeing, in a way that works for you.
 
I also work with managers, teams, professionals and parents to improve neurodiversity awareness and practices.

Sessions are adapted to your preferences and sensory needs. In person sessions can be held in a lovely quiet therapy room or walking in nature. Online sessions are conducted over Zoom or over the phone.
