​I take a neuro-affirming, compassionate and collaborative approach to coaching. I aim to make sessions enjoyable and interactive. I am neurodivergent myself, with lived experience that informs my work. We will work together to help you develop confidence in yourself and shape a life that works for you. We'll look to improve your confidence and self belief and help you understand your strengths. We'll explore the barriers that you face and how to ask for what you need in order to thrive. We'll focus on your maintaining your wellbeing, in a way that works for you. 

 

I work with partners and parents of neurodivergent individuals to help you with challenges you are facing, learn self regulation techniques and develop strategies to help you and your loved ones. 

 

I work with managers, teams, professionals to improve neurodiversity awareness and practices.​

 

Sessions are adapted to your preferences and sensory needs. In person sessions can be held in a lovely quiet therapy room or walking in nature. Online sessions are conducted over Zoom. If you are looking for a low cost option or want to meet other neurodivergent  people, the group coaching programme might be for you. These are run twice a year.
