Frequently Asked Questions

What is coaching?
Coaching is a process where a coach supports you to make changes, learn something new or achieve goals. This happens through conversations which help reveal ideas and actions that you will work on over time.
The overall aim is to help the coachee make progress in a certain area of their life, at work or to overcome a problem they’re struggling with.
The coach will support, encourage, feedback and challenge you in a way that suits your personality and neurotype.
These conversations can take place face-to-face or online.
